Both websocket components are outbound clients and are already compiled into the cloud distribution via the benthos io bundle; this flips the info.csv runtime gate (cloud + cloud_with_gpu) and drops the previous exclusion reason. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
