Update charts info script to use LXNS data source#79

- Replaced CrazyKid data source with LXNS API (https://maimai.lxns.net/api/v0/maimai/song/list). - Updated song matching logic to prioritize normalized IDs (modulo 10000 for DX charts) and fallback to title matching. - Implemented `fetchWithCurl` using `child_process` to reliably fetch data in the CI environment due to `fetch` timeouts. - Updated `public/charts.json` with new version information from LXNS.

Replaced the deprecated CrazyKid data source with LXNS API for fetching song version information. Updated matching logic to use normalized IDs and titles. Switched to using curl via child_process to handle network issues.
