Once again it says the build is failing but the permissions on the build do not allow me to see what the issue is |

You should really look at the permissions for CircleCI. This is a public open-source project but everyone is locked out |

The older version of Jest causes upstream packages to fail with
setSystemTime is not available when not using modern timers. Upgrading all Jest versions to latest fixes it.
