Summary\n- add generic enqueuePreparedBatch for multi-aggregate business operations\n- materialize and capacity-check the full batch before one replica transaction\n- reject aggregate/replica footprint overlap and stale sessions without partial writes\n\n## Verification\n- offline sync focused: 114/114\n- all offline specs: 391/391\n- lint\n- production kit build
