This PR extends breakpad-based backtrace logging to the ssacpc component by wiring it into the existing common configuration.

Changes:

• Adds BACKTRACE_DEPENDS:pn-ssacpc so the ssacpc recipe depends on breakpad-wrapper when backtrace logging is enabled.
• Adds BACKTRACE_LDFLAGS:pn-ssacpc so ssacpc is linked against libbreakpadwrapper with the same linker flags as other components.
