Adds the experimental PHP 8.6 (RC) matrix job from templates/.github/workflows/build.yml (monorepo AGENTS.md, "PHP 8.6 — экспериментальная запись матрицы"):

  • matrix include php: '8.6' with experimental: true + continue-on-error — not a required check, cannot fail the workflow
  • install with --ignore-platform-req=php+ (composer.json still caps PHP at 8.5)
  • runs composer test only: php-cs-fixer refuses 8.6 and psalm crashes on the RC; style and static analysis stay covered by 8.3–8.5
  • switches passed through env: (zizmor template-injection)

Already running this way in 14 packages of the monorepo (context, retry, resilience, bulkhead, …). CI-only change — no issue-first required per monorepo rules.
