Implements the first schema-keyword stage of issue #157.

This adds OpenAPI 3.1 support for patternProperties and propertyNames in compilation, directional schema rewriting, eager schema validation, and runtime validation. Nested pattern schemas are traversed in the same direction as their parent, and required filtering remains limited to explicit properties.

Adds contract-level, validator-level, and directional rewrite coverage. Documentation, changelog, and the generated corpus from the companion generator PR are updated.

Companion generator PR: rasuvaeff/property-testing-openapi#140.

Validation: make build (950 tests, 2491 assertions); generated corpus matches 559 cases.
