Hi, Nice list of hydrology related python packages. It is really useful.

Our team has created a python package 'RAT' that uses satellite remote sensing data to monitor water surface area and water level changes in artificial reservoirs. RAT can estimate storage change, inflow, outflow and evaporation from the reservoirs. Please consider adding it to the list. It might be useful for the hydrology community.
