Adds the verified public Hexium download link to the README and saved YouTube description, and records the 1.1.0 publication results and recovery steps.
The original GitHub ZIP was uploaded successfully. Hexium initially created a private listing; the owner made it public, and reconciliation completed the four categories and Client & Server requirement without another upload. The downloaded archive matches every source file except the documented manifest normalization, and both DLLs have assembly and file version 1.1.0.0. VirusTotal status is still unavailable, so the docs retain incomplete scan verification and manual Gale/gameplay checks.
Validation: NUKE Test passed 15 C# and 154 Python tests; whitespace checks passed. The public listing includes the expected changelog and all four screenshots, whose downloads match the release media. Existing tags, published assets, and 1.1.0 release notes are unchanged.
