Nenhum dos dois tinha .python-version nem venv, entao cada sync caia no interpretador default da maquina (3.13.12). Fixa o pin em 3.14.7 e cria as venvs nesse interpretador, conforme a ordem do dono de 2026-09-10. O requires-python segue >=3.11 nos dois: o pin escolhe o interpretador, nao estreita o contrato dos pacotes. Os uv.lock NAO entram neste commit de proposito: eles ja apareciam modificados na arvore antes desta sessao (mtime 23/03/2026) e o diff e so troca de fim de linha CRLF/LF, sem nenhuma mudanca semantica — nao e trabalho meu e nao vai de carona. Provado por .venv/pyvenv.cfg = 'version_info = 3.14.7' nos dois; suites verdes: agents 338 passed, runtime 2411 passed / 58 skipped.
