- Settings menu restructured: main menu with 3 clickable items
  (How to Play → Sound Settings → Language) that open sub-pages.
  Back button navigates: sub-page → main menu → close settings.

- Move sound effect: Web Audio API synthesized "pop" (440→660Hz sine
  sweep, 100ms), triggered on every successful tile move.

- Background music: Procedurally generated ambient pad music using
  Web Audio API. Chord progression Cmaj7→Am7→Fmaj7→G7 with detuned
  sine/triangle oscillators through lowpass filter. Zero external files.

- Sound controls: SFX and music toggles (both default OFF), persisted
  via localStorage (game4096_sfx, game4096_music).

- Mobile audio policy handled with one-time touchstart/click/keydown
  listener to resume AudioContext.

- All 12 languages updated with new translation keys (soundSettings,
  soundEffects, backgroundMusic, on, off).
