Support RACKSDB_DB, RACKSDB_SCHEMA and RACKSDB_EXTENSIONS environment variables as default for racksdb --db, --schema and --ext options respectively. fix #149
As well as racksdb CLI, make racksdb-web support RACKSDB_* environment variables to set default values for its db, schema and extensions options.
