Release FaceID 5.1 guest and site intelligence

What changed

• Adds temporary, camera/time/count-limited guest access with quality-gated enrollment and stricter matching.
• Requires server-verified liveness evidence and a second factor; face recognition never unlocks a door by itself.
• Adds a draggable camera site map, estimated last-seen locations, topology links and anonymous traffic analytics.
• Adds chronological route clip playlists that auto-advance and skip missing Frigate clips.
• Includes guest/site-map data in safe backup and restore flows and publishes the Home Assistant app as 5.1.0.

Why

This turns the existing recognition engine into a more useful home/office workflow while keeping location claims honest and access decisions fail-closed.

Validation

• python -m unittest discover -s tests — 51 tests passed, 1 skipped
• Python compile check for standalone and add-on sources
• JavaScript syntax check
• Browser QA at desktop and 390x844 mobile widths
• Verified route playback fallback when Frigate clips are missing

Local workspace note

The pre-existing local deletion of tests/test_backfill.py was intentionally excluded from this PR.
