A new rule in skills/solana/SKILL.md, from reviewing quicknode/solana-book#190.

Write a rule as an instruction. A rule written as a description reads as a fact about some program, so the reader can't tell whether it describes the example or tells them what to build. For example:

  • "One instruction handler per transition" → "Give each transition its own instruction handler"
  • "A pause may stop deposits and trades, never withdrawals" → "Let a pause stop deposits and trades, never withdrawals"
  • "The handler that pays out the last of the vault's tokens also closes everything" → "Ensure the handler that pays out the last of the vault's tokens also closes everything"

A sentence about what a specific example program does stays a description.
