Builds pg_orca, generates data with tpch-kit (SF=0.1), loads into a temp PostgreSQL 18 cluster, and runs all 22 queries with ORCA enabled. Each query has a 60-second timeout; any failure fails the job. schema.sql extracted from setup.sql (DDL only, no hardcoded paths) so both CI and local setup.sql can share the table definitions.
