Tom Ball flagged that we had some resized rastes grow by a pixel. Reading the code, in the past we estimated the new area of a reprojected raster by asking GDAL what it would be at the current pixel scale and then resizing it. This now uses GDAL to estimate both, which hopefully is more accurate.
