Cold visitors need a runnable entry point before the host and security documentation. This puts typed agent routing, the canonical product page, a source-backed diagram, and a three-command offline quick start at the top of the README, while preserving the technical evidence below it.

Adds twenty executable recipe examples with nominal, uncertain and adversarial synthetic cases, a recorded output, launch brief, claim ledger, and new slate/cobalt/amber artwork. The demo explicitly measures gate contracts; it does not claim model accuracy, latency, cost savings or automatic host interception. No shipped plugin/runtime file changes; no new release is required.

Validation: 2,118 Python tests passed (24 skipped, one expected failure); 30 browser tests passed; 55 recipes/165 synthetic self-tests passed; recipe and Codex package builders passed; release-version guard is clean against v1.0.13. Independent code/source/editorial review approved the changed copy and runnable demo. New documentation links resolve; social preview is 1280×640 and under 1 MB.

Remaining: merge alongside the dependent website update, upload docs/assets/jev-social-preview.png through GitHub Settings, and verify the public og:image. Launch brief is prepared for review; no social post has been published.
