Adds an "In motion" video section to the Work page, mirroring the Ideas reels pattern: a vertical poster card that links out to the YouTube Short (no video bytes enter the repo). The clip shows the New York City pop-up shop styling, with Brandon Maxwell's shout-out to the team. - keystatic.config.ts: new `video` object on the Work singleton - content/work.yaml: the video item (permalink + caption) - src/pages/work.astro: renders the section, reusing the reel-card markup - public/assets/img/work-popup-shop.jpg + variants: on-brand stand-in poster (real still can be dropped in later to replace it) - CLAUDE.md: allow owner-posted public Walmart work by name, while keeping the no-confidential / no-endorsement guardrail Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01Dax1Ya56M9tYDPJKq2DaKv
