Fixed the Google search toggle not rendering (pytorch_project → theme_pytorch_project), and replaced the Google CSE search widget with a custom input + gcse-searchresults-only to fix persistent double-icon and alignment issues. Added PyTorch-scoped autosuggest dropdown. Hidden Google toggle on mobile (falls back to Sphinx search).
