• GbrImagePlugin pointed at gbr.txt in the GIMP repo, which is gone. The format is now documented at https://developer.gimp.org/core/standards/gbr/
• SpiderImagePlugin linked to spider.wadsworth.org, which doesn't resolve anymore. The same pages are at https://spider-em.github.io/SPIDER/docs/ (the handbook already links the spider-em GitHub repo)
• TiffImagePlugin linked TiffDecoder.java in imagej/ImageJA, which is archived and the file is gone. It lives at https://github.com/imagej/ImageJ/blob/master/ij/io/TiffDecoder.java and still has the 50838 and 50839 tags
• .github/workflows/system-info.py linked actions/virtual-environments issue 79, which now 404s instead of redirecting. Updated to actions/runner-images
