The blast-radius tier and score were computed only for the text output. Expose them in --json as well so JSON consumers get them directly instead of re-deriving from the flag fields.

The blast-radius tier and score are already computed for the text output but weren't exposed in
--json. This addstierandscorefields to the JSON so consumers can read them directly instead of re-deriving from the flag fields. Additive and backward-compatible.
