docs: add 2.0 engineering readiness audit - #129
Conversation
Record the closed D021-D025 gap matrix, per-leg evidence states with the deferred cleanup carrier and its bounded residue, the full compatibility and rollout/downgrade matrices, the security/privacy/ secret review, and the staged-rollout abort plan. Physical-device evidence is recorded as not executed under the owner-approved waiver with its simulator and isolated Syncthing substitute evidence.

How can I continue? After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews. How do review limits work?CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability. For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window. What & why
Close the final engineering-readiness audit gating the 2.0.0 release train: D021–D025 gap matrix, per-leg evidence states (upload, download, roundtrip, cleanup — never merged), full compatibility matrix, security/privacy/secret and wire review, existing-user/migration/rollback review, helper/relay rollout and downgrade matrices, and the staged app rollout with abort criteria.
Physical-device evidence is recorded as not executed — owner-approved physical-device waiver (2026-07-15) with the simulator and isolated Syncthing substitute evidence. No claim in the audit is stronger than the recorded per-leg evidence; VaultSync 2.0 stays NO-GO until the release-readiness checklist, relay deploy, and staged rollout complete.
