Replace secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN with octo-sts federated token in the push job to follow the same pattern as minecraft-update and renovate workflows. Adds build-push.sts.yaml trust policy with contents: read and packages: write permissions, and id-token: write for OIDC federation.
