This bundle represents a small production-release job for a NEMA23 motor and planetary gearbox adapter. The plate itself is deliberately ordinary. The work is in reconciling the engineering evidence well enough that the model is safe to release.
The designer has to select compatible purchased parts, recover the physical gearbox-hole pattern from eight independent CMM exports, and carry the same setup transforms into a second inspection file that records the keyed connector direction. Several CMM exports are mirrored, the flange holes are unlabeled, and both measurement sets contain a small amount of bad data. A service event also re-indexed the connector between the early and late CMM setups, so the key observations have to be reconciled through the setup manifest and service history before they describe one current physical state.
connector-fit-check takes the physical connector clocking. That is different
from the flange-hole phase used to build the STL: the two are separated by the
connector index recovered from inspection. The checker evaluates both the
normal service route and the released maintenance loop, including the small
clocking band of the production fixture. It also has a finite call allowance,
so the useful workflow is to reconstruct the geometry first, derive feasible
clocking windows, and then spend checker calls on those windows rather than on
a blind sweep.
The deliverables are a watertight STL and design.json. The separate verifier
reconstructs the same inspection evidence independently and measures the STL
for dimensions, mass, solidity, hole placement, shaft engagement, and circular
resolution before it evaluates the two harness states.

maintainer-only negative examples and is never executed by the task pipeline.
