feat: Add Invariant Verification Harness (IVH) tool and update documentation

Implemented the invariant_verification_harness MCP tool and UI based on the prompt's Epistemic Architecture of Scientific Laws schema. Added required documentation to README.md, DOMAIN_GLOSSARY.md, and Algorithmic_Reparation.json. Added corresponding tests.
