feat: implement Anomaly Learning Agent (ALA) feature

Description

This PR implements the Anomaly Learning Agent (ALA) feature within the Word Mapper API.

• Backend: Added the anomaly_learning_agent tool to app/server.js, calculating a mock RiskScore (Statistical Anomaly Score) and outputting responses configured under the PROV-AGENT_Schema.
• Frontend: Updated app/public/index.html and app/public/app.js to include the anomaly_learning_agent in the Multi-Agent Instance Orchestrator. Added form fields for current tool and action sequence parsing.
• Tests: Implemented unit tests for both the frontend UI selection logic and backend tool payloads (app/public/app.test.js, app/server.test.js).
• Documentation: Updated DOMAIN_GLOSSARY.md and added Cultural Artifact feat: integrate KORSAKOV-compliant MCP server #2 mapping to README.md.
