feat: Anomaly Learning Agent (ALA) implementation - #107
Conversation
Implemented the AnomalyLearningAgent to dynamically adapt security posture based on a multi-layered Statistical Anomaly Score, utilizing Sequence Probability, Toolchain Entropy Gradients, KL Divergence, and PABM joint probabilities. Includes a configurable runtime verification loop and Threshold Dynamics ODE. Added comprehensive test suite. Created ADR 39 and documented F-IPI and PROV-AGENT schemas in LEXICON.md. Recorded advanced architectural research prompts.

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down.
