feat: Implement Chaos Falsification Engine and Visual CxEP Compiler

• Expanded the Lexicon with domain-specific terminology regarding the IKEA Effect, Positive Friction, and Uncertainty Accelerators.
• Ensured all tests pass and documentation reflects the new components.
