Updates the /analytics methodology to match projectbluefin/common#1205. Merge together with #1205: both reviewers on that PR made this update a merge condition.

Changes (docs/analytics.mdx, methodology section only)

  • Scope: Dakota and Utah images only (image-name prefix gate in /usr/libexec/projectbluefin-countme).
  • Payload: <image-name>/<image-flavor>:<stream> only. The stream is the booted ref's tag (stable, testing, or unknown). No age bucket, no arch.
  • Cadence: at most once a day. Nothing is sent from a live ISO, installer, or container (no booted bootc ref means an early exit).
  • Storage: one counter per UTC day and image (daily_pings). No per-system rows, no IPs.
  • Opt-out: sudo systemctl mask --now projectbluefin-countme.timer. Masks of the old bluefin-countme.* units and /etc/projectbluefin/countme/disabled still stop reporting (ConditionPathExists=! in the new service).

Verification

  • just check passes.
  • npm run build:ci succeeds. In the built /analytics/, the opt-out command renders as a code block, and the Fedora and Homebrew opt-out text renders as normal paragraphs.

Pairs with projectbluefin/common#1205, which replaces the weekly
bluefin-countme metalink client with a daily /v1/ping from Dakota and
Utah images. States the payload, cadence, storage, and the new
opt-out; notes that masks of the previous units still apply.
