feat(analytics): read the Bluefin card from daily pings too - #1350

Bluefin and Bluefin Utah are now one DailyPanel over countme.projectbluefin.io/v1/daily.json (dakota… and utah… images), so the Bluefin card fills in on its own once projectbluefin/common ships projectbluefin-countme to Dakota. The weekly /counts.json reader is removed. An empty card says "No raptors reporting in, life finds a way", and the Bluefin Classic comparison uses the latest Bluefin daily total. Makes the Bluefin card correct for the client switch in projectbluefin/common#1205.
DailyPanelovercountme.projectbluefin.io/v1/daily.json: systems active per day by stream (:stable,:testing,:unknown) fordakota…andutah…images respectively. When common lands in Dakota, the Bluefin card fills in with no further change./counts.jsonreader (component code, firstPartyCountme.tshelpers, weekly tests) is removed.Verification:
npm test1240/1240 (weekly tests replaced by daily Bluefin tests: per-stream Dakota series excluding Utah, Classic chip, empty-state text for both cards, axis/gap rules); eslint, prettier, typecheck clean (typecheck only reports generated data absent from a fresh worktree). Rendered locally in dark and light: order Bluefin, Bluefin Utah, Bluefin Classic; both cards show the placeholder; no console errors.Assisted-by: Claude Opus 5.5 via pi
