Renovate is moving workflows from ubuntu-24.04 to ubuntu-26.04 (projectbluefin#1142), and the validate job rejects the bump: the actionlint pinned in .pre-commit-config.yaml (v1.7.12) does not know the new runner images and fails with `label "ubuntu-26.04" is unknown`. Upstream actionlint has not added the label yet. Extend the existing .github/actionlint.yaml with the same self-hosted-runner block projectbluefin/review already carries, listing ubuntu-26.04 and ubuntu-26.04-arm as known labels. actionlint reads this file automatically, so the hook needs no change. Checked with the pinned version against the projectbluefin#1142 branch: 2 errors without this block, 0 with it, and 0 on main itself.
