unit-tests.yml runs an explicit pytest list (test_hooks.py, test_chairlift_config.py); tests/test_renovate_config.py is only in the Justfile test recipe (Justfile:8), so the renovate regression gate never runs in CI. Same pre-existing gap for test_check_oci_refs/test_curated_config/test_skill_docs.

Covers this: PR #1258 (branch
fix/ci-run-pytest-regression-suites) wires the four previously-CI-less pytest suites into.github/workflows/unit-tests.yml:test_check_oci_refs.py,test_curated_config.py,test_skill_docs.py,test_renovate_config.py. Resolved by merged PR #1249, which registers all 44 unit and regression suites in CI (including test_curated_config.py, test_check_oci_refs.py, test_skill_docs.py, and installs jsonschema).
