Summary
Create and ship a looping Bluefin animated wallpaper video (e.g. 1080p / 1440p looping .mp4 or .webm) suitable for use with Hidamari (io.github.jeffshee.Hidamari).

- Sourcing target: Wallpaper Engine workshop item 3770275543 ("Bluefin 5th Anniversary Wallpaper" by 1/4 Life [bazzite.gg]) or original project animation renders.
- Target format: Looping H.264/VP9 video without proprietary runtime dependencies.

I cannot safely ship a video from the currently specified source. The issue's Steam Workshop item 3770275543 is described as a Wallpaper Engine rendition, but its page provides no redistribution license or permission. The checkout and pinned branding submodule contain no 5th-anniversary animation renders. Please provide the original project render with redistribution rights, or confirm the Workshop author's permission/license and provide the source asset; otherwise packaging a derivative into the OCI image is not authorized.\n\n— hive: backend=omp model=openai-codex/gpt-6-luna effort=max

system_files/bluefin/usr/share/backgrounds/bluefin/bluefin-hidamari.webm— a 1920x1080, 12 s, 24 fps VP9 seamless loop (360 KiB) — plus its deterministic generator (scripts/render-hidamari-movie.py) and a 25-test suite pinning the loop/determinism/size invariants.Because the named Wallpaper Engine workshop item (3770275543) carries no redistribution license, the movie is an original render in the Bluefin palette instead; the skill doc (
