Retitle 7 Hive PRs blocked by the Conventional Commits title gate #1132

Description

@clubanderson

Hive recommendation — PR queue reduction (1 of 4)

Seven open Hive-authored PRs in this repo fail the Conventional Commits title gate and cannot merge. The change needed is title-only — no code, no rebase, no force-push.

Why they fail

.github/workflows/validate.yml:27 anchors the type token at position 0:

^(feat|fix|chore|docs|style|refactor|perf|test|ci|build|revert)(\(.+\))?(!)?: .+

Hive prefixes its lane name, so character 0 is [, not a type. The rest of each title is already valid Conventional Commits — it is simply 10-ish characters too far right.

The gate does not constrain the description (.+), so moving the lane to the end passes while preserving the record of which agent produced the PR. Verified against the live regex.

Proposed retitles

PR New title
#1128 fix(devmode): default virt-manager to qemu:///session, not qemu:///system [scanner]
#1127 fix(bonedigger-report): derive booted image name from live bootc status [scanner]
#1125 docs: record that system_files/nvidia/ is unconsumed and has no CDI preset — docs/skills/nvidia/{SKILL.md,references/architecture.md}, system_files/nvidia/README.md [architect]
#1122 fix(ci): retry transient GHCR errors in check-oci-refs.py [scanner]
#1118 test: BATS coverage for etc/profile.d/uwelcome.sh — tests/test_uwelcome_profile.bats [quality]
#1108 fix: polkit org.ublue.privileged.user.setup defaults no/no/auth_admin — system_files/shared/usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.ublue.privileged.user.setup.policy [sec-check]
#1106 test: repair broken-at-birth bats suites (test_ujust mock brew, powerwash bctl) — enabler for common#1105 [architect]

All seven were checked against validate.yml's regex in their proposed form and pass.

validate.yml runs on pull_request: [edited], so editing the title re-runs the check immediately — no push required for these. (That is not true of base-branch changes; see the companion issue in projectbluefin/bluefin.)

Upstream

This is a Hive bug, not a repo problem. AGENTS.md:118 already documents the rule correctly and Hive ignored it, so we are fixing it deterministically in Hive's PR-creation path rather than asking you to keep absorbing it. Tracking upstream in hivecommons/hive.
