• raise the isolated reviewer's Claude CLI turn ceiling from 1 to 2 so structured-output completion is not terminated as max_turns
• keep the existing one-call, no-tools, no-session-persistence, low-effort, 75-second isolation boundary
• pin the two-turn ceiling in the argv regression and rebuild the immutable worker bundle
