chore: raise Node.js floor to 22.23.4 - #659

Pin engines and CI to the October 2026 Node 22 security release so a bare 22 cannot resolve below 22.23.4. Bun pins are unchanged. Co-authored-by: Juan José López Lira <jlopezlira@users.noreply.github.com>
