#8360 removed the market-share entry from siteConfig.proof, which left two entries. The closer's trust line read proof[2] for the GitHub stars, which is now undefined and would throw when the module loads. Build the line from every entry, the way the homepage hero and its Markdown rendition do, so it reads "Trusted by 500,000+ developers · 46,500+ GitHub stars" and no longer depends on the list's length. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
/compute now renders the shared list too, so the three files that say which pages carry it list /postgres, /compute and /pricing. Comments only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
scripts/seo-page-metadata.test.ts pins the meta description of each
priority page, and still held the audit copy for /compute ("long-lived
Bun processes", "long-running requests"). This PR replaces that
description with the shared positioning sentence on purpose, so the
pinned string moves with it. The page, its OG card and the llms.txt
entry are checked against the new string.

oxfmt joins the "one project, one plan" paragraph onto one line. No change to what renders. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…tences
The answer was a run of fragments ("No WebSocket servers yet. ... No
cron scheduling and no persistent filesystem."), which the staccato
checker flags. The same limits, from compute/limitations.mdx ("Runtime"),
now read as sentences. No fact changes.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The Deploy stop of the hero tour listed a "health check / 200 OK" step, and its aria label said "a passing health check". The docs describe no health-check step for prisma deploy (cli/deploy.mdx, composer/deploying.mdx); the only one is the optional healthCheck of the Alchemy route (compute/alchemy.mdx). The step and the phrase go, and the "deployed in" row drops from 22.9s to 22.0s so it still equals the sum of the steps shown. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The first FAQ answer now says "Run your build, then deploy with npx prisma deploy module.ts", because deploy does not build (cli/deploy.mdx, composer/limitations.mdx). Comments only: the claims-pass note in compute.ts covers the sentences in that file, not the shared platform-stack.tsx section the page also renders, and the run-apps.tsx note cites compute/faq.mdx for the Bun runtime, which compute/limitations.mdx "Runtime" does not name. Summary
PR B of the entity freeze: the
/computeproduct copy, behind the Compute PM ack. Every product sentence incompute.ts, and in the eight illustrations this PR touches, now has a docs or pricing line behind it (block at the end). The page also gains the sections the brief asks for. The sharedplatform-stack.tsxsection that/orm,/postgresand/computeall render is not part of this pass (see "Not done here").Rebased onto main on 2026-10-05, after #8355, #8360 and #8364 merged. The Compare and FAQ sections now reuse the components and types #8360 put on main for
/postgres..mdrendition's description carry all four sentences verbatim. The fourth sentence ("Any Postgres client works; Prisma ORM is optional.") is verbatim only there; the one-platform card and the FAQ say it in other words./postgreson main puts all four sentences in the subheadline. Say if/computeshould match.compute.ts, the eight illustrations and their aria labels: "the easiest way to host", "microsecond", "same machine", "no code changes", "every PR" / "per-PR", "branched from production", "branched together", "deploy it as it is", "long-running" / "long-lived", "durable memory", "low-latency queries", "skip the cross-vendor network hop", "services auto-detected", "cron + background jobs", "WebSockets", and the "health check / 200 OK" step of the deploy illustration. The cron card is dropped outright: cron scheduling is not in this release and there is no committed Compute config file. TheconfigJobsillustration stays registered for a Composer scheduled-jobs card if the PM confirms one; it renders nowhere today.rawPostgres()keeps your own migration step. Nothing says production data is copied./postgres: "Standard Postgres underneath: leave with pg_dump; the Composer module is a TypeScript file in your repo, not a runtime."sections/compare-links.tsx), under this page's own intro sentence. It is the same list/postgresand/pricingshow: four comparison posts and the import guide. This PR does not change the list./postgresuses, so they carry no links. Three answers name the page to read in words (the porting guide, the Compute FAQ, the pricing page)./computetherefore has no link to/docs/compute/faqor to the porting guide.siteConfig.proof, the way the homepage hero builds its line. It renders "Trusted by 500,000+ developers · 46,500+ GitHub stars".What the rebase changed
product-compare.tsx,product-faq.tsx,ProductFaqItemandProductLinkListare gone.lib/markdown/product.tsis main's version, unchanged: it already printscompareandfaqfrom the content object, so/compute.mdandllms-full.txtstay in step with the page.app/compute/page.tsxrenders<CompareLinks intro>and<Faq items>between the platform section and the closer, the orderproduct-page.tsxuses for/postgres.markdown-parity.test.tslistssections/compare-links.tsxfor/compute, as it does for/postgres.types.ts: a comment only.compare?: { intro: string }andfaq?: { question; answer }[]are main's.siteConfig.proofto two entries. This PR's closer readproof[2], now undefined, which would throw whencompute.tsloads. The trust line no longer indexes the list.scripts/seo-page-metadata.test.tspins the/computemeta description under a header that says the copy is approved and must match character for character. This PR changes that description on purpose ("long-lived" and "long-running" go), so the pinned string moves with it, with a comment in place. It is not drift.compare-links.tsx,compare-links-data.ts,lib/markdown/compare-links.ts): comments only, now naming/compute./postgres-visible change.isolated-branches.tsxis a/postgresillustration. Its aria label loses "branched from production". Screen readers only.Checks
tsc --noEmitonapps/sitepasses locally.node --import tsx --test): 123 tests, 116 pass, 7 fail. The same 7 fail on main atcdfd26fc4:/support(3) and/stack(4). None involve/compute, and every/computetest passes, including the Markdown parity test and the SEO metadata test.oxlintis clean on the 17 changed files.oxfmt --checkflags one line insections/compare-links.tsx; it is main's own line from site, docs, blog: one positioning sentence, Compute GA notes, a /postgres FAQ and Compare Prisma links #8360 and is left as is..github/workflowsruns the site tests or a site type check, so CI does not show the results above. The Vercel preview is the first fullnext build. Not done here
platform-stack.tsx(shared by/orm,/postgresand/compute, not in this diff) still says "no network hop between them", "per-PR branching across app and database", "co-located, with no cross-vendor hop" and "Your queries now cross a network boundary Compute doesn't have". These are the same family as the claims this PR removes. It is approved copy on three pages, so it needs an owner decision and its own PR./stackstill list "Long-running workloads: WebSockets, cron, background jobs (coming soon)", andpostgres.tsstill says "per PR". Out of scope./postgresand/pricingtoo, so it belongs in a follow-up PR. The note incompare-links-data.tsthat asks for it still stands./compute.mdprints the first positioning sentence twice in a row: once in the description, once as the subheadline. Cosmetic.<title>is unchanged. The illustration hostnames (acme-dashboard.prisma.app,pr-214.preview.prisma.app) and the "5 starters" panel predate this PR and are left as they were.Facts checked
Docs paths are under
