Summary

  • move the watchdog fixture beside the runtime script it exercises
  • update the watchdog workflow path filter and invocation
  • remove the root-level watchdog compatibility copy retained by the prerequisite PR
  • update repository documentation for the new template asset layout

Why

This completes the template directory organization while keeping the unshipped fixture, workflow, and documentation separate from the release-forcing template change, as required by the repository's commit taxonomy.

Validation

  • ./templates/kubernetes/homelab-workspace/scripts/script-memory-watchdog-test.sh — 355 passed, 0 failed
  • pre-commit run --all-files

Dependency

The template asset-layout PR has landed. This PR is based directly on main and contains only the remaining unshipped support changes.
