Summary

Update Potato OS source, docs, and release/update tooling to use the new canonical GitHub repository path after the repository transfer from to .

Scope

• switch hardcoded release and API URLs to
• update runtime and OTA publishing defaults
• update install/docs snippets that reference the old repo path
• update tests that assert old release URLs
• keep the existing user-owned project board as-is for now

Acceptance criteria

• release/update tooling defaults to
• public docs use for release/raw links
• tests reflect the new canonical repo path
• project-board references remain on the current project until a later migration
