This repository preserves an earlier phase of OpenLab research and prototyping. It is not the current OpenLab / Agentic Education architecture.

OpenLab began as an exploration of alternative ways to recognize learning, including blockchain, Web3, IPFS, digital wallets, smart contracts, and the original Smart Academic Token (S.A.T.) concept.
Those experiments are retained here as project provenance: they show where the work started and how the design evolved. They should not be interpreted as current specifications or implementation guidance.
Historical experiments include:
- Smart Academic Token (S.A.T.) as a token-oriented recognition model
- Solidity / Ethereum-compatible smart contracts
- IPFS-based artifact and credential concepts
- Web3 wallet and decentralized-recognition prototypes
- Early classroom explorations connecting STEM learning and blockchain concepts
The active work moved toward an architecture centered on learner agency, meaningful learning opportunities, evidence of learning, authorized human validation, responsible AI, and trust rather than financial or blockchain-token incentives.
