The current star history chart is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so the chart no longer renders. Switch the chart links and image to a working mirror so the star history is displayed again.

The Star History section currently shows a broken chart because the original service can no longer fetch stargazer data. This change points the chart at a working mirror so the star history renders again.
