Setup Vercel for app deployment #7

We need to setup Vercel platform for deploying our application, also we need to generate new firebase keys and revoke the existing ones before deploying the app for the first time.

Acceptance Criteria:

Setup Repo Access for Hackers
Setup auto-deploy on push to master
Setup Environment Variables with FRESH Values
