[codex] Standardize task flows and controls

Summary

• Splits chores and tests into separate task flows, replacing the old manage-chores route with inline chore creation and dedicated test management.
• Aligns Firebase task data with the newer document structure, including migration support and today-task creation/reset behavior.
• Adds reusable task hooks, task document helpers, unified renderers, and shared activity controls for arithmetic, alphabet, positional notation, dinner, water/toilet, and chore activity flows.
• Standardizes the icon-first UI controls, action rows, steppers, star controls, spacing tokens, and card insets so activity setup rows align closer to the container edges.
• Adds app/device shell helpers, reward assets, and cleanup around theme, navigation, parser, and data hook behavior.

Validation

• npm run build
• npm run lint
• npm test — 10 test files, 52 tests passed

Notes

This PR updates the existing branch PR for codex/code-quality-pass into main. It remains a draft PR for review before reintegration. The production build still reports the existing large asset/chunk warnings, but completes successfully.
