Refresh Cargo.lock to the latest within-range crate versions (cargo update): hyper 1.9→1.10, reqwest 0.13.3→0.13.4, uuid 1.23.1→ 1.23.3, regex, wasm-bindgen 0.2.122→0.2.123, zerocopy, and other transitive patch bumps. No manifest (Cargo.toml) changes; cargo build passes.
