• npm run ci:local
• npm publish --dry-run --json: 174 files
• built bundle embeds 0.39.56 and does not contain 0.39.55
• registry confirms 0.39.56 is unused

Post-deploy expectation: claude-auto-pilot-fable-v1-canary retains its token total but becomes pricing missing; the old $651.20 Fable assumption is removed.
