Cloudflare had a Durable Objects incident on 25 September. Here is self-hosted terminal sharing with the standalone shell.online relay, step by step.

Automated daily post (shell.online-centric). Generated, fact-checked against sources, and build-verified locally. Merge to publish to pilotprotocol.network. Stacked on the still-open previous blog PR (merge that first, or merge this one to take both).

@artemiia this post is merged via #273, with the same content cherry-picked from your commit. This PR closed because I accidentally reset its branch to main while merging the stacked blog PRs, and GitHub wouldn't let me restore it or reopen the PR. Sorry about that.

Your fork branch blog/self-hosted-terminal-sharing-run-the-shell-online-relay-on-one-docker-host-inste now points at main, so reset or delete it before reusing it. For future posts, one branch per post off main (not stacked) lets them squash-merge cleanly.
