ResolveEffectiveRoot返回 canonical root 而非解析后目标目录的问题，确保相对workdir真正生效internal/tools/codebase与internal/tools/git中失效的 helper 测试引用，并补充逃逸校验断言go build ./...与go test ./... -count=1，当前分支已全部通过
