Pull request overview
This PR migrates the npm package publishing workflow from using a manually configured NPM_AUTH_TOKEN secret to npm's Trusted Publishing, which leverages OpenID Connect (OIDC) tokens for more secure authentication. This eliminates the need to manage long-lived authentication tokens.
Key Changes:
- Removed the custom
mise releasetask that was used for publishing - Added OIDC permissions to the GitHub Actions publish job to enable Trusted Publishing
- Replaced manual npm authentication setup with automated OIDC-based authentication
- Added
pnpm-workspace.yamlto.npmignoreto prevent it from being included in published packages
