Fixes: ets_summary now counts only approved non-private tables, top_ports names only well-known drivers, changes_since observes with the baseline's detail, debug_session shares one time budget, topology_overview walks the tree once, inspector-owned processes and ports are excluded by module, child ids and states are redacted (secret-like keys, URL credentials), the bearer token and cursor secret are redacted from crash reports, non-ASCII workspace paths resolve the project policy, \z anchors. Developer tier (named in allowed_tools, never default): process_state, mailbox_sample, ets_sample; allowed_ets_tables may be `all`; limits can be raised above their defaults up to higher ceilings.
