I ran cspell locally and corrected some typos. Mostly these were in code comments. A few were in variable names, and I've separated those into their own commits. A couple were in (I believe) user facing text.
There were some file encoding issues that I ran into where it tried to mess with some special characters. In a few cases I skipped making edits to those files, but in some cases I did still make changes. It looks ok on my end, but see, for example, line 37 of the change to: doc/devdocs/IOFdata203/IOFdata.dtd. It looks like nothing changed, but it has highlighted the line, something to do with the
ø. If this is causing trouble I can drop all the changes in those files.
